MEET PALLI
I was born and raised in Hnífsdalur in Iceland's Westfjords, where understanding the land is not optional, it's part of daily life. Growing up in one of the country's most remote regions built an early respect for terrain, weather, and the realities of operating in demanding conditions.
In my early years, I drove transport routes between Ísafjörður and Reykjavík, navigating Iceland year-round and developing a deep practical understanding of the country's infrastructure. Since then, my work has taken me across every region, from highland tracks to coastal towns, forming nationwide experience that few possess.
I am an active member of Iceland's search and rescue and have worked on the ground during major events, including the recent volcanic activity on the Reykjanes peninsula. I am also a former national rally champion, an achievement that demands precision, mechanical insight, and calm decision-making under pressure.
Combined with years of leading high-end private expeditions and supporting professional teams, I can offer something rare, real operational knowledge of Iceland, not just as a landscape, but as a working environment.
